Kid Adults
The child in adult is a difficult thing to deal with. And it gets worse if you have to deal with adults who are nothing more than children :(
With a child one can smile and concede to weirdest of his/her ideas, with kid adults you just can not do that. How to pacify a child when you are bound to treat him/her like an adult? :(

I think,
There may be a child in every adult.
There may be a liar in the veil of truth.
There may be a summissive human in every dominant leader.
Now it's different thing whether they are expressed or not. But dealing them neads to know the actual mental state of the particular person.
