The Sob Story

Can't read or write devnagri text in Unicode :( Though the cyber-cafe guys have windows 2000, the systems do not seem to have the unicode compatible fonts :((

    Jayaji,
    This is a sad situation of Hindi on net especially in the Indian subcontinent. There may be many more Hindi knowing net users, who are missing the good content, written in Hindi this way. Will the future manager be able to convince the cyber-cafe manager to install some Unicode Devnagri font ! Collective result requires individual efforts.

    all u had to do was to copy the above file to the windows font directory and then it shud had worked.

    Ashish: You are assuming that one is working with administrator account in a cyber cafe :-)
